Terms & Conditions
Clarity. Care. Professional Service.
Effective Date: October 23, 2026
Introduction
High Vibration Notary provides New Jersey mobile notary services, wedding officiant services, apostille assistance, courier services, and loan signing services. These Terms & Conditions explain the general conditions for using this website and submitting a service inquiry.
By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge these terms. Additional terms may apply to a specific service or booking.
1. Inquiries & Appointments
Submitting an inquiry does not confirm or reserve an appointment, wedding date, or service time. Availability, service details, pricing, timing, and next steps will be confirmed directly by High Vibration Notary after reviewing your request.
A booking is confirmed only after availability is verified, applicable booking requirements are communicated, and the required deposit or payment has been received when applicable.
2. Services & Customer Responsibilities
Service availability depends on the requested service, location, scheduling, document requirements, and other relevant details. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and complete details about their service needs. Additional information or documentation may be required before a service can be confirmed. High Vibration Notary may decline a request when availability, applicable requirements, or service limitations prevent the requested service from being performed.
3. Notary & Loan Signing Services
Notarial acts are performed in accordance with applicable New Jersey laws and requirements. Loan signing services are subject to the instructions and requirements provided for the specific assignment. High Vibration Notary is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents. Customers who need legal guidance should consult a qualified attorney. Notarization does not guarantee that a document will be accepted by a receiving institution, government agency, or other party.
4. Wedding Officiant Services
Wedding officiant services are subject to availability and confirmation of the ceremony details, package selected, location, timing, and applicable fees. Customers are responsible for obtaining the required marriage license and satisfying applicable marriage requirements. Customers should verify license validity, waiting periods, and filing procedures with the appropriate government office. Any ceremony customization, additional time, travel, or upgrades must be agreed upon in advance.
5. Apostille Assistance & Courier Services
Apostille assistance and courier services depend on the documents involved, destination, authorization, submission requirements, and government or third-party processing times. Government agencies and other third parties control their own review, processing, and approval decisions. High Vibration Notary cannot guarantee a particular processing time or the acceptance or approval of documents by a receiving authority. Customers are responsible for providing accurate destination information and the documents and authorizations required for the requested service. Service details and estimated timelines will be discussed after the inquiry is reviewed.
6. Payments, Deposits, Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
Deposits and Payment
Any required deposit, service fee, travel fee, and remaining balance will be communicated before a booking is finalized. A deposit is required when specified in the written quote or booking agreement. For wedding services, the wedding date is not reserved until the required deposit has been received and the booking has been confirmed by High Vibration Notary.
No-Refund Policy
Deposits and payments are nonrefundable once paid, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where High Vibration Notary cancels a confirmed service and cannot provide the agreed service. Any other refund arrangements must be confirmed in writing.
One Complimentary Reschedule
Each confirmed appointment or wedding booking includes one complimentary reschedule when the customer requests the change at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or ceremony. All rescheduling is subject to availability.
Changes Requested Less Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment
If a customer requests a change less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or ceremony, cancels at the last minute, or fails to attend or be available for the confirmed service, the deposit may be forfeited. A new deposit may be required to reserve another appointment or wedding date. Any applicable charges must be disclosed in advance and applied in accordance with applicable law.
Wedding Bookings
The same deposit and rescheduling policy applies to wedding officiant services. Customers should carefully review their ceremony date, time, location, package, and additional services before submitting payment. Additional time, travel, custom scripts, or upgrades may incur additional charges when agreed upon in advance.
Mobile Notary, Apostille, Courier & Loan Signing Services
Customers should ensure that the signer is available, required identification is ready, and necessary documents or instructions are available. Applicable travel fees, advance payments, and additional charges will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
Cancellations by High Vibration Notary
If High Vibration Notary cancels a confirmed service and cannot provide the agreed service, the customer will be offered an appropriate rescheduling option or a refund for services not provided, as required by the booking agreement and applicable law.
7. Customer Communications & Privacy
When customers submit an inquiry, High Vibration Notary may use the contact information provided to respond to the request, discuss availability, provide service details, and communicate relevant next steps.
